The composition of a sliding concrete mixer mainly includes a cylinder system, mixing system, transmission system, feeding and unloading mechanism, water supply system, prime mover, transmission mechanism, frame, and support device. ‌

Cylinder system: composed of a cylinder body and accessories, used to carry the mixture and support various components. The cylinder body is made of a wide and thick steel plate bent into an Ω - shaped double barrel, which has excellent yield strength under the support of a specially designed and manufactured multifunctional frame, ensuring that the parallelism of the double horizontal axis and the concentricity of the single axis do not deviate. The main functions of the upper cover body, observation door, observation window, safety switch, pipeline system, etc. are sealing, feeding, and observation. The maintenance platform is composed of patterned plates and frames, which can be retracted and supported for easy operation and maintenance.
Mixing system: The main body of the mixing function is composed of a mixing shaft, mixing arm, mixing blade, and cylinder liner (wear-resistant liner plate). The mixing system relies on parallel double horizontal shafts to rotate in opposite directions. The mixing arms and scrapers on the double horizontal shafts are spaced at 90 ° or 60 ° intervals in the axial direction, and the double shafts run alternately at 45 ° or 60 °. With appropriate clearance and operation, a uniform mixing effect can be achieved in a short period of time.
Transmission system: composed of mixing motor, driving wheel and driven wheel, transmission belt, coupling, gearbox and connecting sleeve, chrysanthemum shaft and chrysanthemum sleeve, as well as protective covers for large and small pulleys. The function is to be transmitted from high speed to low speed through the chrysanthemum sleeve to the two mixing shafts.
Feeding and unloading mechanism: used for adding and discharging mixed materials to ensure the uniformity and quality of concrete mixtures.
Water supply system: Provide the necessary water source for mixing, ensuring the appropriate consistency and workability of concrete.
Prime mover: Provides the power source for the operation of the mixer.
Transmission mechanism: Connect the prime mover and mixing mechanism to achieve power transmission and speed regulation.
Rack and support device: The structure and components that support the entire mixer to ensure stable operation.
