Regular cleaning and lubrication:
Regularly carry out maintenance and upkeep operations as specified in the maintenance regulations, such as cleaning, lubrication, refueling, etc.
After operating the mixer for a period of time, the remaining mixture should be promptly cleaned, and the mixing shaft, mixing arm, and mixing blade should be cleaned. When performing manual cleaning, it is forbidden to use a hammer to remove the remaining mixture, as strong impact can cause the mixing blade to crack.
The gearbox needs to be replaced with lubricating oil after being put into continuous use for about 50 hours, and the gearbox lubricating oil should be replaced every 1000 hours or at least every six months. The oil pump needs to check daily whether the lubricating oil has reached the shaft head 12.
Inspection and adjustment:
Check vulnerable components such as liners, blades, mixing arms, etc., and adjust or replace them in a timely manner.
When the detection gap is greater than 8mm, the gap should be adjusted to 3mm by adjusting the blade or replacing vulnerable parts.
Conduct daily inspections and promptly clean up any debris found on the sieve. After discovering that the gap of the feeding door has increased, it should be adjusted in a timely manner. After adjusting to the limit position, if further adjustment is needed, the gap 2 can be adjusted by welding correction method.
Safety and maintenance:
When operators need to enter the mixing drum for cleaning, they must not only cut off the power and remove the fuse, but also lock the switch box.
In the severe cold season, after finishing the homework, the mixer drum should be cleaned with water and the accumulated water in the water pump, water tank, and water pipe should be drained to prevent the water pump, water tank, water pipe, etc. from freezing.
Check the position of the belt conveyor every day to ensure it is aligned. If any deviation is found, it should be adjusted in a timely manner to avoid excessive deviation and damage
